Q: Why do I need a personalized program? Can't I just figure it out myself?

A: Vince Gironda once said "If you were able to do it on your own, you'd have done it by now". If you want to give it a go by yourself, have at it. You might even make a a little progress. Howvever, if you want to achieve the absolute maximum reslts in the shortest possible time frame and stay as safe as possible, you will need help from an expert.

Q: Do I need to kettlebells to sign up for a program?

A: No. Many of my online clients of do not have kettlebells and want a program based on the equipment they own or have in their gym. I will work with what you have.

Q: Do I have to be a member of a gym to sign up for your program?

A: No. most of my clients come to me becuase they are fed up with the generic "Monday is chest day after that I do 30 minutes on the treadmill" kind of program. Most of them train at home with their own equipment and bodyweight exercises.

Q: Is a 12 week program just one program with three months of consulting? 

A: No. Each month we update the program and make whatever modifications we need to keep you on track.

Q: What if I am not familiar with an exercise that you recommend? 

A: Not a problem. I'll send you a description and picture of the exercise. Also if for some reason the exercise is not a fit for you, I will find a replecement for it.

Q: Are your programs appropriate for women? 

A: Definitely. I have many of female clients that have made great progress.

Dave, I gotta let you know that I am seeing some good results.  I had a PFT this morning and I had a chance to really go all out and test myself on the events that I have been working on.  I got the 20 pullups that I have working for, did 90 crunches in two minutes, and ran 21:26 on the three mile run.  I am very surprised that I did as well as I did on the run.  In the past when I have worked very hard on pullups my run time has slowed down correspendingly.  That was not the case this time around.  I can see how the Turkish Get Ups(TGU) help out.  In the low numbers that I am performing them, practicing the TGU really let me push out more crunches than I have in the past.

I just found out today that I will be getting promoted to become a Segeant of Marines on the 1st of November. I wanted to send you this email to thank you once again for outlining such an effective training program that allowed me to improve my scores on my Physical Fitness tests. The promotion points that I gained from
improving my PFT was a major contributing factor to getting promoted. To give you an idea of how our promotions are given... All Marines are given a composite score. When a Marines composite score is equal to, or greater than the "cutting score," the Marine
gets promoted. There are a certain amount of points awarded for Proficiency and Conduct(Pros/Cons) in the workplace, marksmanship skills, and physical fitness. There are other things that contribute to a Marines composite score to include college classes, time in grade, time in service, and a few others, but the PFT is almost always a "maker-or-a-breaker," and is one of the top three scores that a Marine NEEDS to be proficient with if he expects to see timely promotion to keep a competitive career.
