Semi-Private Training
If you want to maximize your kettlebell training experience, you may be candidate for semi-private instruction.
Does the following sound like you?
- Are you serious about kettlebell training and want to learn how to get the most productive possible workout in the least amount of time?
- Do you want to work one-on-one with a recognized instructor who is endorsed by some of the top strength coaches and kettlebell experts in the world, including Pavel Tsatsouline? (see testimonials page)
- Are you a complete beginner and you want to ensure that you learn the proper technique to minimize the likelihood of injuries while maximizing your progress?
- Do you want in-depth private instruction with an instructor who knows how to teach proper kettlebell training in a hands-on format that anyone can understand?
- Are you willing to work very, very hard to achieve the results you want?
- Have you been at it for a while and can't figure out why you are still banging up your wrists and forearms on kettlebell snatches and cleans? ( Gutting out a long set of snatches is a badge of toughness. Bruised forearms are not.)
- Do you want to become stronger, leaner and healthier than you have ever been?
- Do you want a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied?
- If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may be a candidate for one-on-one training with me.
"So Dave" you are asking, "what do you charge?"
To tell you the truth, that depends on you. I no longer simply charge an hourly rate for private training sessions. I am very selective about who I will work with and if we come to the agreement that I will take you on as a one-on-one client, I will design a program that is tailor-made to fit you. I cannot attach a one-size-fits-all price to that.
If price is the primary concern for you, I reccomend the Nashville Kettlebell Bootcamp If you want more in depth, semi-private training it will be more expensive.
Look at it this way: Your time is valuable. You family is valuable. Your health and fitness are valuable. How much is that worth to you?
You may need to train with me for a month. You may need three months, six months or even more. You may need someone besides me. That is okay. Email me for the initial application process and I will help you figure all that out. After our initial consultation, if we both agree that we are a good fit for each other, we will go from there.
