Swings: This is THE foundational movement of all athletics. There is no better exercise for developing hips and accelerating fat loss. It looks simple, but it isn’t. I will show you the correct way to do swings at the workshop and how to avoid getting a sore lower back.
Turkish Get-up: Forge an iron-solid midsection and outstanding shoulder stability. Forget about crunches; this is REAL midsection training that teaches your body to work as a unit. TGU old news to you?
Clean: Are you still abnging your arm when you do cleans? If so, you are doing it wrong. I will teach you the RIGHT way.

Q: I do not have my own kettlebells. Can I still attend?
A:Yes. We will have several kettlebells on hand, enough for everyone to use.
Q: I am not a beginner, but not an expert either. Should I attend?
A: Definitely! I have had many, many people contact me thinking they have pretty good skill before attending my workshops only to quickly realize how far they have to go. There is only so much you can learn from a book or DVD.

Q: I have heard that kettlebell training is brutal and that I will be sore for days. I would like to attend, but I am intimidated. What should I do?
There is no need to be intimidated. I do push people because i find that most limitations are self-imposed and you will work very hard at my workshop. That being said, my objective is to teach you, not crush you.
My experience has been that it is better to teach a few things really well and include a lot of demonstration and lecture so that the pace will be manageable. You will have a great time learning in a comfortable environment. Or else!
Q: Is this workshop just for men or is it appropriate for women?
A: If you are a guy, please skip this part.
...OK ladies, now that the guys are not reading I want to share something with you....At my local bootcamps and almost all my previous workshops the women consitantly run circles around the men. I had a tough young bodybuilder-type showed up at a class because he thought " How tough can it be if all these girls are doing it?" While my ladies were swinging away with the kettlebells, he lasted about 12 minutes before he tossed his lunch!
I love working with women because very very few of you realized how strong you already are, much less how strong you can become. Please, do your self a favor and come show the men what you can do.
